If you've seen modular storage cubes in stock at an online retailer before, you must be aware how awesome they are and what you can do with them. If you haven't, well, you better read on to learn a new way of making use of some dead space in your room. These cubes won't do your work, but they are very easy to work with in terms of furniture arrangement.

Modular cubes work well in modern interior times in numerous ways. They're easy to work with because they come in standardized cube form factor and the wooden walls surrounding the space inside don't add much weight. You can stack them up high or line them up next to a wall. It doesn't matter as long as you know what it is that you want to do with them. With the cubes you can build a wardrobe, magazine stand, book holder, install drawers, and add doors. In fact, there are probably a hundred different solutions you can play with.

One such solution is to make a bench or a coffee table out of modular cubes. Choosing the right edge length cubes you can make a comfortable table putting four cubes next to each other. Using this approach, you can have a coffee table that can hold things inside. With addition of drawers, you can even keep the sugar and the powdered milk at hand at all times such that you only have to bring the coffee in.  This will not only save you time but also the hassle of bringing these small items in and out of the kitchen.

Modular storage cubes can make your room more pleasant to live in in multiple ways. All you have to do is keep using the same brands, such as Whitmor or Jetmax storage cubes, throughout the installation.  The rest of the time can then be spent coming up with a good design you can live with.
